A leading legal office is currently looking for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to be based in their Jersey office.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyers with 5+ years PQE with strong academics & have experience of cross-border, banking & finance transactions obtained from working as a lawyer with a leading international or offshore law firm. The successful candidate will be able to take a leading roles in transactions. You will be ambitious and commercially driven & have strong legal skills with an understanding of the market industries along with technical knowledge of the relevant law. You will have excellent communication, analytical & organisational skills both written & oral. You will have the ability to work alone or collaborate with colleagues & be willing to support your colleagues as required. Business Development. Strong client focus.
