A global leading funds services provider based is looking to hire a hunter / business development director for its office in Mexico City.
Our client are more than sales leaders - they are strategic partners to their valued clients. The primary focus for this role will be for you to further develop your network and provide an excellent offering of funds and funds of funds to your client base.
Key responsibilities will be to build and convert a strong global / regional pipeline through new business, upselling, and cross-selling to existing and new clients. Identify and qualify sales opportunities using market insights and competitor analysis. Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract by developing tailored proposals. Act as Deal Lead on large, multi-jurisdictional opportunities, coordinating internal input to maximize value. Cultivate a network of intermediaries and leverage relationships to generate consistent, high-quality referrals. Drive cross-selling by supporting clients expanding into new jurisdictions across the globe, meet pipeline and sales targets and adopt sales tools and processes. (CRM, forecasting, dashboards), and continuously refine strategies based on data and insights.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, marketing, or a related field with a deep knowledge and at least 10 years’ experience in Corporate Services activities. At least 5 years of proven commercial experience in the financial and industry sectors, with a strong track record of driving business growth. Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels having accomplished a well-established network in Mexico and / or across the LatAm region.

An excellent and competitive annual base salary is offered, with a variable compensation and bonuses. You must have business development and a network in the LatAm region to be considered for this position.
