A growing funds administration business is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work on their Corporate Services (Governance) team based in Jersey.
Reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager / AD, you will assist in the day to day provision of company secretarial services to corporate and fund structures, in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Director.
Extensive company secretarial experience alongside a relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA Diploma or equivalent) is essential. Proficient in minute writing with technical financial services knowledge. Strong knowledge of company and partnership laws. You will have evidence of full responsibility for a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship. Candidates with strong computer proficiency (in Word and Excel) as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have people management experience. You will act as a "B" level Authorised Signatory.
