AP Executive are currently looking for a client services officer for a major funds company based in Luxembourg. Our client specialises in alternative funds sector including debt, infrastructure, private equity, real estate and fund of funds.
The role will involve supporting a client relationship manager on execution of portfolio transactions. Presentation of documents to the Board of Directors and clients. Helping on new funds registration, updates and review of operating memorandum. Assisting and meeting with clients, intermediaries and key service providers.
To be suitable for this role, you need to have gained a minimum of two to three years experience as an assistant or administrator from a similar sector. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Business fluent in English written and spoken, German and / or French will be a strong advantage. A University degree in Economics or Law.
