Our client, a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate Services is looking to recruit a Cloud Engineer to join its IT team in Guernsey.
In this role you will assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform, leveraging the power of cloud computing to drive business value.
You will be involved in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions, including virtual networks, storage, compute instances, and other Azure services.
You will configuring and managing Azure services such as Entra ID, Azure SQL Database, etc., as well as automating deployment, scaling, and monitoring of Azure resources.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the data team to optimize data storage, processing, and analytics solutions on Azure and implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security groups, encryption, and monitoring.
