Our client, a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, is looking to enhance its business in Bermuda by hiring a corporate services administrator.
Responsibilities will be arranging the incorporation of offshore companies in various offshore jurisdictions and to attend all matters relating to incorporation and organisation of companies. Conduct due diligence and liaise with relevant offshore offices with regards to incorporation, statutory filings, billings. This client facing role, will be called upon to attend clients instructions and inquiries and carry out clients' instructions and provide corporate administration and general professional services.
Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in handling and managing the portfolio of the team.
The ideal candidate must have at least two to four years post qualification experience, have good knowledge in using ViewPoint, AdEx, NavOne and Excel applications is an asset.
