A global provider of corporate services in Bermuda is looking to hire a corporate manager to manage a team of corporate administrators who are responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and arranging/attending board meetings, statutory and regulatory compliance, governance and providing best practice advice.
You will also liaise with clients, directors, local regulatory bodies, attorneys, auditors, internal compliance/risk teams and accountants. You will also act as a technical mentor to your team, developing knowledge and practical capabilities.
To be eligible for this role you must have a law degree, or a related university degree and relevant experience coupled with a professional qualification from ICSA. At least seven years of professional experience as a company secretary, 3 years of which must be in management role.
A working knowledge of the Companies' Act 1981 and statutory regulations relating to the administration of companies in Bermuda, as well as company secretarial practices is preferred.
