Our client is a prestigious national bank is seeking a Credit Risk Manager for its Singapore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of credit approval on individual credit facility proposals for corporate customers and the processing to the appropriate departments. You possess strong knowledge of Basel II and other relevant guidelines and will assist the bank to improve existing credit processes to apply the best practices in credit risk.
In order to be considered, the candidate will have a Master/Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in credit risk and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as knowledge of both local and international regulations. Professional certifications such as CFA/ CPA / PRM is highly desired.
