A very well reputed law firm, is looking to hire an employment lawyer with regulatory experience for its disputes department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be able to drive the delivery and development of the employment law service line with the assistance of the employment law Partners in both the Guernsey and Jersey offices.
The role is to build relationships with corporate clients as a trusted adviser in all elements of employment law, specialising in regulatory and contentious matters and tribunal representation. You will work with Partners to develop a seamless offering to match the needs of the firms valued clients. Assist with the progression of junior staff and travel regularly to our client's Jersey office.
