For a well established large commodity trading company based in Ticino, we are currently looking for an experienced ESG & Sustainability Manager. The successful candidate, must speak Russian and/or Spanish, as the languages will play a key role in developing and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy, identifying material ESG issues, engaging with stakeholders, defining measurable targets, and communicating progress internally and externally

To be suitable for this role, you will have a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a sustainability function within an international corporation. Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (such as GRI, GHG Protocol, CDP), environmental impact measurement (energy, emissions, circularity), and experience working with NGOs and government entities—particularly in developing countries—is essential. Fluency in English and Russian is required; Italian and Spanish are a plus
