On behalf of a family office specialising in real estate investments, we are looking for an experienced estates manager / facilities manager to oversee and manage the portfolio of properties in Australia.
This ideal applicant will already have proven experience of overseeing and managing a portfolio of luxury houses, to ensure they are kept in excellent order. A minimum of 7 years plus experience in estates and facilities management relating to 5-star hospitality properties, and a minimum of 4 years experience in managing a team of domestic and gardening staff. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to manage a team of staff, deal with third-party providers including maintenance and utilities professionals in real estate.
This role is reporting directly to the principles of the family office, ensuring the property portfolio is well maintained to the highest standards. All the properties are within reachable distance in Brisbane and surrounding areas. An excellent salary and benefits package including work vehicle will be provided to the right applicant. This role is a live-out position.
