Our client, a successful global technology company with more than 1200 staff and a presence in 20 jurisdictions, is seeking an Executive Assistant for the CEO. This position will be a key strategic role in planning the calendar for the executive across multiple time zones, acting as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, coordinating internal and external meetings, booking flights & hotels, managing business expenses, and maintaining internal memos.
The ideal candidate must be highly meticulous and responsive with a top tier university qualification. The ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is critical. A minimum of 6 years of prior experience as an executive assistant is highly desired. This role will be required to be based in Hong Kong and the client will be providing the necessary sponsorship and visa. This role has a highly competitive remuneration package.
