An independent trust company requires a Group COO / Head of Transformation to be based in Jersey or Guernsey. This role is a key member of the Group's Executive Committee and reports directly to the CEO.
The role is to own the business transformation agenda in behalf of the CEO and the implantation of the target operating model and includes working directly with the CEO and CFO in relation to the operations of the Group and subsidiaries and ensures controls are operating effectively.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and suitable professional qualifications. Experience of developing operating models and implementing change, transforming operations over multi-jurisdictional business. Managing centres of excellence and shared service centres. You will have a minimum of ten years relevant experience in an executive role in the finance industry.
