Our client, a leading property company is currently looking for a Head of Finance to join their team.
Reporting into the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, the successful candidate will support them in delivering the company's financing and reporting strategy.
You will be a strong leader and communicator, be resilient and ambitious and embrace the value of teamwork, with a minimum of five years people management experience. It will involve all aspects of Treasury Management, to include the procurement and management of up to £500m of borrowing, Financial Planning, Financial Control, and Board reporting.
A key aspect of the role is supporting the Chief Finance and Operations Officer in ensuring financial stability through long term planning, enabling consistent delivery of our services and to meet our challenging strategic business objectives, whilst remaining agile to economic circumstances.
You will hold ACA, ACCA or equivalent with at least 10 years technical experience with a strong knowledge of Finance Operations and related processes.
