We are currently looking for Head of Human Resources to join an international commodity trading company in Abu Dhabi.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is already based in UAE or is planning to move to this region. The company has an excellent track record of growth with more than 60 employees globally recruited within the last two years.
To be suitable for this role, you will have gained at least 15 years of experience within a senior HR role. Ideally you will have experience in HR having worked in a commodity trading company or similar and possess a relevant degree and HR professional certificates. The job will be responsible for preparing and calculating the salaries of employees, preparing employment contracts and pension plans. Deal with UAE authorities and have excellent languages skill to write and compose confidential letters and references and be able to lead the interviews of prospective employees.
