On behalf of a new single family office based in the centre of Lugano, Switzerland we are looking for an executive director level person. As Head of Family Office you will assume this position and have overall responsibilities of setting up, governing, coordinating, monitoring and overseeing the day to day operations and investments.
The main criteria of the role will be to handle assets between Switzerland, UK and Monaco including fiduciary and legal matters. Communicate and liaise directly with the principle owner, advisers, external lawyers, trustees, banks and investment managers.
To be suitable for this role, you must have a minimum of 7+ years experience either gained in a family office / private investment office or be an investment lawyer. An excellent command of written and verbal communication abilities in Russian, English and French is a must. You must be flexible, open minded, stress resistant and open to travel at short notice.
Suitable applicants must be already based in Switzerland or hold an EU passport.
