An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a global provider of financial services to private clients.

The role which is based in Bahamas is to coordinate all administrative activities related to the organization's personnel department. The successful applicant will need to be proactive and approach challenges with conviction, positivity, urgency, and efficiency. An excellent understanding of HR database systems and procedures as well as a methodical approach to workload is important.

Ideally, you should have at least ten years of experience gained within an HR function ideally within the financial services sector in the Bahamas. A professional HR qualification would be an advantage but is not essential if you already have 'hands-on' experience in HR and personnel procedures. Business travel will be required from time to time.
