A prominent and well established family holding group with regional presence in the GCC and headquartered in Qatar is looking to hire a senior legal advisor to provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal matters. The successful applicant will be based in our client's Doha offices and will be expected to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in both Arabic and English. These will include commercial agreements, joint ventures, agency/distribution agreements, service contracts, NDAs, lease agreements and other ad hoc legal documents. The role will also deal with advising on corporate governance, restructuring, M&As, and company formation under Qatari law.
