Our client is a prestigious national bank is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for its Singapore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal audit and related advisory activities to ensure best practices that is in line with SPPIA. Preparation of status reports, review of Policies and Procedures is expected on a weekly basis. You will report to the Principal Specialist - International Support and Oversight for risk assessment of various overseas branches.
In order to be considered, the candidate will have a Master/Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a major bank or audit firm is required. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as knowledge of both local and international regulations. Professional certifications such as CIA / CMA / CPA / CA/ ACCA / CISA is highly desired.
