We are seeking an experienced investment porfessional on behalf of our client, an Evergreen Private Credit fund of funds which also invests directly in private credit deals as co-investment alongside funds. The role is remote and a willingness to travel anywhere within the USA to meet with funds and with management teams is essential.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in private credit, together with fund of funds experience. Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills are required, including public speaking at conferences. A network and relationships with private credit fund managers, especially smaller funds, would be valuable. The role will entail sourcing and reviewing funds, and co-investments with funds with a focus on senior secured credit in the USA. Access to local club deals is also desirable.
