An exciting opportunity has arisen with a corporate services company in The Netherlands for a Junior Corporate Lawyer. The role requires proficiency in Dutch laws and general corporate matters including trust and wealth management. You will be expected to deal with all general legal and regulatory matters relating to our client's portfolio. You should be familiar with preparing minutes of the meetings, power of attorneys and other legal documents ensuring high quality and timely completion of all matters relating to local and international clients.
