A well-established global alternative investment firm specialising in digital assets is seeking a junior middle office analyst to support operational activities with a focus on reconciliation, onboarding and trade lifecycle management. The role will suit someone with strong skills using reconciliation tools and portfolio management systems, a solid understanding of KYC and AML processes and onboarding workflows, and advanced Excel skills. Fluent Italian and English are essential and French a plus.
The role will entail:
Accurate capture of operations executed by the Front Office and full monitoring of the transaction lifecycle.
Execution of onboarding procedures for clients and investors, including KYC/AML checks and documentation review.
Specific processing and operational support related to crypto transactions.
Daily reconciliation of cash flows, positions, and transactions, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies with custodians, brokers, and administrators.
Support to Front Office and Operations to ensure data integrity and efficient processing across all systems.
Participation in workflow optimization, system enhancements, and data quality checks.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Fluent Italian and English
Experience in middle office, reconciliation, trade support or client onboarding
