An independent provider of corporate trust and fund services with a strong Caribbean wide presence are looking to hire a President to lead and develop their USA Virgin Islands business.
This role is a client facing one requiring strong business development skills and experience in client relationship management. You also will have proven inter-personal skills in team management and dealing with regulatory authorities. Be familiar with the use of digital marketing to promote the Caribbean and USA Virgin Islands as a location for group services.
The successful candidate will have experience of corporate services and administration including formation and dissolution of companies with ideally a legal or accounting professional qualification. A working knowledge of foreign, domestic, exempt, LLC, PLLC, LP, LLP and LLLP type entities.
You must be permitted to work in the USA and / or USA Virgin Islands.
