Our client, a global private banking group offering private banking and asset management services in over 40 jurisdictions worldwide is looking to hire Relationship Managers (hunters) to develop the commercial success of the group in the US.
The bank is very entrepreneurial and boasts a range of unique products to make the client experience much more streamlined and efficient than usual.
The successful candidate will have a hunter mindset for client acquisition, a robust referral network for introductions and already have a book of clients they can bring to the table of at least 250 million in AUM.
You will also have an in-depth understanding of client's businesses and sources of wealth generation, an understanding of client's goals and risk tolerance to ensure that financial strategies are appropriate, the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners, colleagues and staff across and outside the organisation and a strong awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in the country and internationally.
To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the private banking space within your chosen territory, strong knowledge on all private banking products and a strong aptitude to present and communicate complex financial concepts and investment strategies with the highest degree of professionalism
You will have an impressive track record of success within the space, and be able to produce a detailed and compelling business plan during the interview process. This is your business you are developing.
