We are currently looking for a private equity funds administrator for a well-respected international Private Bank in Zurich.
The successful candidate will have gained experience preferably from the banking industry. Our client has a strong preference for candidates with experience in handling limited partnerships / private equities. Good skills to interpret complex offering documents, bookkeeping and in Microsoft office applications. The potential person need to have a strong client services mindset, eye for detail and be solution oriented. The role requires fluency in both German and English, any other languages are an additional value.
The position has a strong focus on analysing fund documents, distribution breakdowns and calculating NAV prices and instructing pricing. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper handling of investments is crucial. This role has flexible working options, including a hybrid opportunity working part of the working week from home. Professional qualifications like the Chartered Financial Analyst would be beneficial but not essential.
