Knowledge and experience in R&D tax credits is a pre-requisite but equally important is the ability to manage and mentor people in the team. The role involves managing an initially small team that is set to grow, supervising the work and client engagement of the team members, coaching and mentoring, and reviewing the team's and individuals' work. The role has the potential to lead the entire firm's consulting team so prospects are truly exceptional. Compensation will be very competitive with the ability to earn substantial bonuses for meeting and exceeding OTE.
