A boutique financial services provider offering tailored corporate fiduciary services are looking for an experienced relationship manager to work in its prestigious London offices, currently hybrid three days a week. The role is ideal for a person with solid corporate administration experience who is capable of working independently and of managing a portfolio of clients, including the oversight of company secretarial requirements and filing returns including, the full understanding of economic substance requirements.
The role involves the management of a portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, BVI, Panama, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seychelles and UAE. It will necessitate the upkeep of corporate and trust records, with the preparation of minutes and resolutions, assisting with the submission of VAT and Tax returns, assisting with banking activities, liaising with clients and their advisors, and managing the firm's relationship with clients. It will also entail assisting with the incorporation of new companies and structures.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the administration of onshore and offshore companies and qualifications such as ICSA, STEP or a law degree would be favourably viewed; qualification by experience will also be considered. Spanish language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
Compensation will be £ 50,000 - £ £60,000 with an above average employer's pension contribution and private medical and dental insurance.
