Our client is an INGO Fintech platform which advocates for Responsible GenAI by providing guidance on Generative AI Safety Procedures to corporations, governments, foundations and intergovernmental organisations. For its newly established office based in Geneva, we are recruiting on their behalf for a senior GenAI Safety Analystat at Manager level status.
The senior GenAI Safety analyst role focuses on the evaluation and mitigation of risks associated with generative artificial intelligence systems. You will be primarily responsible to analyse the safety implications of GenAI technology and develop strategies to ensure its responsible and ethical use. Research and analysis, risk assessment, safety strategy development, policy and compliance are the main duties of the role. You will also be involved in the collaboration and communications, incident response and mitigation. Managing and overseeing the recruitment of junior GenAI safety analysts, interns and volunteers.
The ideal candidate will be a systems and / or IT technical analyst with professional qualifications relating to IT, Fintech and ideally AI businesses. CFA or similar qualified with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Fluent English written and spoken is essential French and / or another European language would be beneficial.
