As Senior Manager, you will be a catalyst for change, acting as a senior-level Six Sigma Consultant and a knowledge hub for Group operations. Our client expects you to plan and manage end-to-end process enhancements with a focus on customer orientation, control, and quality, while also building strong relationships with all stakeholders across business divisions. Your responsibilities will extend to identifying benefits, quantifying targeted results, and prioritizing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver expected outcomes. Our client is looking for someone who can evaluate data and trends to spot enhancement opportunities, perform statistical process analyses, and continuously identify and encourage the adoption of industry-best practices and innovative ideas within the team.
To qualify for this influential role, our client requires a university graduate with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology. You will need at least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a highly rated international bank or organization, with a strong background in process re-engineering, business consulting, and project management across various functions. Crucially, our client requires you to be a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a minimum of 5 years of experience and technical mastery, demonstrating a proven track record using Six Sigma Methodology principles and practices. Strong operational and project management experience, particularly in directing and managing large change management projects, is essential, along with excellent team leadership skills and a deep knowledge of financial services from an operational and support perspective.
