This interesting senior trust manager role, is working for a large international independent trust company in Geneva. The main part of the role requires you to have an excellent operational side related to UK clients and managing and mentoring more junior staff, whilst assisting in increasing the profitability by identifying potential business opportunities.
Supervising and ensuring the administration of a portfolio of clients is appropriately delegated to a large team of administrators. Transactions are properly authorised with relevance in regard to risk and AML.
To be suitable for the role you will need to have gained a minimum of 10 years trust experience with proven management experience. Be a STEP qualified practitioner and / or hold a relevant professional qualification and be interested in developing and nurturing new and existing clients in order to maximise their portfolios to full potential.
Fluency in English written and spoken is essential, another European language would be desirable.
