Our client, one of the largest independent trust companies, are currently seeking an experienced transformation officer, who wants to build a rewarding career delivering client service excellence.
This role is a permanent position based in Guernsey, working within our client's transformation department to assist with driving organisational change across the Group, through the enhancement of processes through technology. A key focus is on designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBi dashboards and reports in Azure Data Lakes, and introducing the use of AI to manual processes.
The ideal candidate will have very good technical knowledge and understanding to enable delivery of a range of activities within business transformation and technology enhancement. Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
You will need to have a pro-active and self-sufficient approach to meet deadlines and objectives, with a positive and committed approach.
