An independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth and corporate administration services to companies, individuals and families across the world is looking for an experienced, analytical and reliable trust manager for its Malta office.
Overall responsibilities include day-to-day assistance with the management and oversight of a trust administration team's portfolio of clients.
A mixture of trusts, companies and other structures dealing with a variety of assets including superyachts, aircraft, property, investments and holding companies.
As well as Ensuring that laws, guidelines, regulations and codes of practice are followed, the successful candidate will liaising with other departments regarding accounting, taxation and operational matters and assist team members. Acting as 'B' signatory you will also provide cover for other trust administration team members and managers in times of absence
You will have a minimum of five years' relevant experience in Trust and Corporate services, including knowledge of the yachting industry and its legal implications.
You will also have a relevant professional qualification i.e. STEP Diploma, CGI Diploma or equivalent and know the laws of Malta pertaining to this industry.
An attractive remuneration packages commensurate with experience will be offered.
