Our client, a long established law firm with offices all over the UK is looking to hire a trust manager for its private client team. The team provides guidance on a range of matters including estate planning, wealth structuring, trust management, wills, international tax, residential property, as well as, family and matrimonial advice.
The role combines a full Trust service from preparation of annual trust accounts, dealing with the reporting of trusts for CRS, FATCA and the Trust Registration Service and other compliance matter to liaising with trustees and beneficiaries of trusts as required and communicating with partners and fee earners about relevant trusts to name a few.
The successful candidate will have an accounting qualification and a minimum of 5 years experience of trust accounting and management, a good knowledge of trusts and the administration of different types of complex trusts (including those with sub-funds) have dealt with trusts receiving rental income associated commercial property expenses and excellent tax knowledge
