An exceptional opportunity for an experienced trust practitioner to join an international trust group in its Monaco offices with substantial opportunity for career progression. The role will involve taking over an established portfolio of clients that includes trusts and corporate structures from a number of jurisdictions making the work varied and interesting. The position will report directly to the managing director and there is scope for growth and promotion to trust director going forward.
The trust manager will ensure that all trusts and corporate structures are compliant with the Laws of Monaco and all relevant jurisdictions, and oversee the administration of trusts in compliance with the Trust Deed. Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing trust and corporate documentation, preparation of minutes and resolutions, liaising with clients and their advisors.
The successful candidate will be a trust manager or trust officer looking to step up with a minimum 8 years’ experience. STEP or ICSA qualifications would be looked upon favourably, or alternatively a legal background. Fluent English is required and French would clearly be useful in Monaco. The right to live and work in the EU is necessary as this will help facilitate the granting of a Monaco work permit. Salary € 70,000 - € 85,000. Benefits include pension and medical.
