A global financial services client are seeking to appoint an AVP for their private equity team to join its leadership and direction team in Guernsey.
You will manage and monitor the timing and quality of work client deliverables from more junior members of the Guernsey team Identify areas of efficiencies, training needs and assessment of client delivery implementing where necessary. You will interact with senior management in helping to manage overall relationships with clients, and assist in the on-boarding for new client setup and transitions.
In this role you will need to be aware of the listing rules and continuing obligations of, primarily, the UK Stock Exchange and locally, TISE. You will undertake regular reviews of company compliance with local and UK and AIC Corporate Governance Codes, and assist with team resource planning.
In order to apply for this role, you will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE. 3 Years private equity experience would be desirable. You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience, project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
