A start-up Wholesale Bank with a “digital first” approach is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer who will be responsible for leading the Bank’s commercial strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management functions. The vision is to launch a next-generation wholesale bank in the GCC, purpose-built to serve the sophisticated needs of cross-border corporates, fintechs, and high-net-worth individuals through a fully digital platform. With a pipeline of 400+ pre-qualified clients, a greenfield technology stack, and the support of our founders, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a fully licensed, high-growth financial institution from day one.
The CCO will build and lead a lean, high-performing commercial team focused on client onboarding, lifecycle management, and deepening wallet share. The role is pivotal to the Bank’s mission of delivering frictionless, compliant, and digitally native banking services to underserved cross-border clients.

It is though that the successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in the banking or fintech sector, ideally with significant B2B client acquisition and strategic relationship management. You will have a proven track record in delivering revenue and growth; building client portfolios across institutional and HNW sectors. You will posses a deep understanding of cross border payments, digital lending, and wider digital asset related services.
