An international Bank is looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer to lead the growth strategy and its unique product offering. The Bank has operations on multiple continents and has a modern perspective on traditional products, and are looking to harness the power of blockchain technologies to do so. The Bank has a wide array of products, have a strong balance sheet, and have many $Bn in AuM. The entity's administrative HQ is based offshore with the hub of the operations being based in London.
This position is a true all-round CEO position, leading the commercial drive to further develop the AuM whilst maintaining a robust regulatory and controls culture. Technology is naturally a key component of the challenge, both in terms of the operating systems being used but also how to integrate blockchain into a regulated environment. You will be given the freedom and opportunity to design and implement a business plan, working closely with the wider C-Suite function to do so.
To be considered for this position you will have an extensive and successful track record within the Corporate/Investment banking sector and held significant senior leadership positions previously. The crux of this challenge is navigating the regulated banking landscape with blockchain technologies, ensuring full compliance at all times alongside high-quality cyber security protocols. This role is based in London with international travel, and offers a long-term career development opportunity for the right individual with further acquisitions inevitable.
