Our client is a global financial services company represented in multiple jurisdictions. Their principal areas of expertise being private wealth, fund administration, corporate services, governance and compliance. For their growing Guernsey operation we are looking to fill the position of client director of private clients.
The main objective of the role is taking on and developing a portfolio of private clients and their structures in multiple jurisdictions but to be based in Guernsey. The role-holder will be a seasoned, well networked professional able to implement strategies to support the existing, and develop new clients, for the group as a whole.
This senior position will require board experience and the role-holder must be able to work with the regulator as required ensuring that the company’s compliance function is in accordance with all current requirements relating to all parts of the business. A Table A recognised previous position will be required regarding the Guernsey Financial services law or a corresponding position in another well regulated jurisdiction.
Applicants should have a minimum of ten years experience in a senior leadership role within financial services and hold relevant qualifications.
