Our client is a privately owned trust company based in Guernsey. With future strategic growth plans to consider they are looking to take on a senior leader to instigate and develop these plans.
Candidates should have at least 10 years experience in leadership roles within the fiduciary or corporate services sector. Strong understanding of risk management, corporate governance and the local regulatory requirements.
You will need to have held “A” signatory status acting as a client director or held a relevant position within a regulated company.
A professional qualification with at least 10 years PQE will be expected. ACCA, ACA, STEP, ICSA, CGI, law degree.
As part of a small close-knit and sociable company the role-holder will need to be a complete team player with excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, external stakeholders and in-house colleagues.
