A boutique sized family office is seeking an experienced compliance administrator / trust officer for its office in Zurich.
Your main duties will be formation, administration and liquidation of companies, foundations and trusts. Preparation of resolutions and minutes in German and English, opening of bank accounts, recording and administering of customer data etc. Taking care of safekeeping and custody of client documents which are requested by the self-regulatory body of the Swiss Association of Fiduciaries. Preparing and managing compliance files, scheduling of the annual compliance audit etc.
In addition to 10 years of professional experience in the trust and fiduciary sector, you will be studying towards STEP qualifications or have qualified as a STEP practitioner.
To be eligible for this role you must have an excellent compliance understanding and be familiar with FINMA regulations.
