Our client is an international financial services provider with a significant presence in the Channel Islands and United Kingdom. On their behalf we are looking for a highly experienced business developer and relationship manager for their corporate and family office team. This role will be based in Guernsey.
The team specialises in providing finance in real estate for residential, commercial, development and investment purposes. Also corporate financing for mergers and acquisitions.
Candidates should have a good professional network in the offshore trust, family office and corporate arena. Be a trusted partner in for clients and trustees for financing mainly real estate opportunities
The role will require new clients and opportunities to be onboarded and maintained and to sell crossover products in banking, treasury and wealth management
This is a senior position requiring excellent communication skills and drive to achieve objectives. An all round knowledge of banking, credit, lending , trust and corporate services will be expected.
