For our client, a family office, trust and fiduciary services provider in Zurich, AP Executive are looking for a team-oriented and responsible administrative support person, who enjoys working in a small team. You would be responsible for taking meeting minutes in German and English, creating presentations and organisational charts, supporting in payment transactions. Attending to front office matters, assisting clients in German and English, handling incoming and outgoing clients enquiries.
The role offers the successful applicant the opportunity of working in an international environment. You must be very presentable and like to work in a structured manner. Additionally, you will have basic business training, ideally gained from a trust industry, bank or a financial institution. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential for this role.
You will be German mother-tongue and will also have excellent English, gained in an English-speaking work environment.
