Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Our client is an international asset management company recently headquartered in Singapore.  They manage institutional and private clients’ capital across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, natural resources and industrials. As part of its global expansion, the firm is looking to appoint a Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations (Global) to lead fundraising efforts across multiple regions. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for defining and executing global capital raising strategy, building and managing relationships with institutional investors, sovereign funds, family offices, and UHNW individuals, to develop a scalable capital formation function. This new senior position involves originating investor relationships, leading fundraising campaigns, overseeing investor communications and partnering closely with senior leadership on product positioning and market strategies. The successful candidate will also build and lead a high-performing team, establish robust processes and KPI’s in order to represent the firm globally across investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic partnerships.
