An international investment management platform headquartered in Singapore, are currently undergoing a strong growth phase as it expands its global presence across multiple asset classes. As part of their success, APExecutive have been given the exclusive mandate by our valued client to find on their behalf a Head of People. This role will be to lead and build a high-performing, scalable Human Resources department. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and executing the overall peoplestrategy, covering talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, culture, and HR operations. This exciting role will work closely with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent, implement effective performance frameworks, and build a strong, meritocratic culture aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing robust HR processes, ensuring compliance, and developing scalable systems to support the firm’s continued expansion.
This is a high-impact role offering significant ownership and influence in a growing organisation. To be eligible for this senior role we are looking for a professionally qualified senior HR executive with a minimum of 8 years experience in scaling wealth management businesses and who are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
