A well established independent Trust and Fiduciary firm in Mauritius, is seeking an experienced Head of Client Administration. The role will oversee and manage a large team of administrators who deliver high-quality trust, corporate, and fiduciary services to a diverse portfolio of international clients. The ideal candidate will be a Mauritius national, fluent in both French and English, with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of trust structures, special licences and the ability to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified, with a minimum of 5 years experience and possess leadership qualities with proved experience in managing staff.
