On behalf of a highly recognisable leading financial services group headquartered in Guernsey, AP Executive are actively seeking a senior compliance professional to take over as head of compliance and risk, to be based in Guernsey.
This is a highly important and pivotal role within the organisation.
The role-holder will be responsible, and act as MLRO, for their investment management, cash management and custody services and also their precious metals and secure storage offering.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years compliance and risk experience preferably within the Protection of Investment area.Experience as a current MLRO/MLCO or senior compliance and risk professional is paramount. A qualification of at least an ICA diploma will be expected.
There will be the need to travel between the offices on a regular basis.
