Specifically for Guernsey we are looking for an operations manager to work alongside the managing director to help grow the local team.
We are looking to hear from experienced financial lines brokers and private client brokers in Guernsey and Jersey as they look to build their teams with high quality professionals able to liaise with an exciting book of top-quality existing corporate and private clients
Successful applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification and have demonstrable experience in providing professional advice across multiple insurance solutions.
Good sector knowledge relating to the regulatory requirements of both Islands will be required.
Applicants are invited from client account executive level to team leader, head of financial lines and operations manager. Relevant titles but roles will be tailored to fit around a successful applicants skill-sets.
As part of an already established operation, but with significant parent backing, you must be confident of maintaining existing relationships and developing the business lines in the Channel Islands and beyond.
