Our client is a leading waste management company based in Guernsey . On their behalf we are seeking someone to take on the lead of their health and safety function.
Applicants will be enthusiastic and be able to to build excellent relationships with all colleagues and external stakeholders. Will work closely with all staff including senior management and across all relevant sites, offering advice and support where needed.
Demonstrable experience in environmental sustainability will be required. The ability to develop, maintain and audit H&S documents, risk assessments, safety working procedures will be part of the role. A professional qualification such as NEBOSH will be desirable.
Applicants will be considered from outside the Bailiwick with a knowledge of up-to-date CI/UK legal H & S requirements
