Our client is global supplier of trust, fund administration, pensions and corporate services. On their behalf we are looking find a Head of Legal to be based in either the Netherlands or London
You will be responsible for all legal aspects of the business, reporting directly to the CEO. Previous demonstrable experience of providing high quality legal advice in a either funds, trust , pensions or corporate services will be expected.
The Head of Legal has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice. The role-holder must also have exceptional skills in the legal negotiation such as mergers and acquisitions, tender bidding, contract acquisitions and litigation. The role holder must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matters comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
A good knowledge of corporate risk, governance and compliance will be expected
This is a wide-ranging role and open to only those with ambition and drive to be part of a growing global organisation. There will be the need to travel between various jurisdictions.
