Our client is a growing offshore law firm in multiple jurisdictions. On their behalf we are looking to fill a new role as head of regulatory oversight. This role will be based in their Jersey operations
This is a key leadership role overseeing a global team responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s compliance and AML/ FCU function
The role-holder will be working with regional compliance heads in for EMEA and CaribAsia so a good general knowledge of a variety of different regulatory bodies will be a big advantage.
Candidates will be expected to have had a minimum of 10 years experience in a compliance/AML or FCU environment with a recognised professional qualification such as ICA.
Our client is looking for a proven team leader who can inspire, mentor and lead high performing teams . Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to solution solving.
For this role it may be possible for a licence live and work in Jersey to be made available to the right candidate
